Morötter / Carrots

Under vintern ger morötterna en utmärkt juice och ett bra vitamintillskott. Morötterna förvaras i sand i jordkällaren. De är lika friska och saftiga hela året ända sedan de lades in i sanden i höstas. Dessa bilder är från 2006-02-05. Morötterna skalas, skivas och males samt centrifugeras.

During the winter the carrots will give an excellent juice and also much vitamins. The carrots are saved in sand in the soil-cellar in the kitchen. They keep the same freshness whole year around. These photos are from 2006-02-05. The carrots skin will be taken away, then they are cut into pieces and through the machine in smallest pieces and centrigues.
